J. Wilkerson Photography – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing J. Wilkerson Photography for your fine art prints! We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. As our prints are custom-produced just for you by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful, our shipping process is designed to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Fulfillment & Production Time: All J. Wilkerson Photography prints are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-7 business days for our production partner, Printful, to create and prepare your item(s) for shipment. Production times may vary during peak seasons or for specialized items.
Shipping Times (Estimated): After fulfillment, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note these are estimates and actual delivery may vary.
- USA: Typically 3-8 business days
- Canada: Typically 6-12 business days
- International: Typically 5-20 business days
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email. You can track your order’s progress using the provided link.
Lost in Transit: If your order’s tracking information shows it was lost in transit, please contact us at orders@jwilkersonphoto.com within [e.g., 14 days for domestic, 30 days for international, from the last tracking update]. We will work with Printful to investigate and arrange for a replacement if the original order cannot be located.

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
