A Moment of Peace at Oso Flaco
There are places that, just by their very nature, inspire a sense of calm. For me, that place is Oso Flaco, out by Guadalupe, CA. This photograph is my tribute to its serene and tranquil beauty.
The scene is a study in quiet harmony. What first drew me in was the incredible stillness of the water, which reflects the sky in a way that blurs the line between the two. The colors of the landscape—the deep, peaceful blues and the lush, gentle greens—work together to create a feeling of absolute rest. These are, after all, some of the most calming colors in nature.
